The objective of the Grievance Redressal Cell is to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
Grievances are collected from the Students, Faculty and Staff. Redressal done immediately if the grievances are genuine. Suggestions are also collected every now and then.
Grievances are probably related to teaching of the faculty or the behavior of the students.
It is monitored everyday that there should not be any grievance but if at all it crops up it is solved immediately. Confidentiality is maintained as far as complaints and suggestions are concerned.
